Bailey House is a supportive housing program that provides rent-subsidized accommodation and support for 10 men living with mental health challenges and co-occurring diabetes or pre-diabetic conditions. Each tenant has his own bedroom and shares a bathroom and communal kitchen with other tenants.
Cota provides on-site support during the day seven days per week. Security is on-site seven nights per week.

Services Available To
Men who are 16 years of age or older living with serious mental illness who are homeless, or at significant risk of becoming homeless, and have diabetes or a pre-diabetic condition. All tenants must also have ongoing support from an external support worker or case manager.
Applicants must also have some means of financial support such as the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) or Ontario Works (OW).
