To receive a formal response, the complaint must be submitted in writing via letter or email. It can be addressed to a Service Provider, Volunteer, Student or the direct manager of a service/program or can be emailed to
feedback@cotainspires.ca.

Once received, your complaint will be documented and investigated.
Written responses will be provided for all formal complaints by the applicable manager, and will include next steps in the complaints process in case you are not satisfied with the response.
