The presentation focused on how to implement Housing First. The goal was to give audience members the benefit of our experience and also share some of the resources that have been developed to help other organizations and communities implement Housing First programs. The presentation also acknowledged the contributions of the Mental Health Commission of Canada for its extraordinary work in expanding Housing First throughout Canada.

Cota’s ACT team started as a five year pilot project in 2009 called At Home/Chez Soi, funded by the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
